Merri serves as Legal Assistant to Gary R. Johnson.  Her legal expertise is in litigation, but she also has experience with business, employee rights and benefits, real estate, tax, and workers’ compensation law.

Prior to joining Hurley Re in 2005, she worked for a large law firm in Seattle, Washington where she assisted with orientation and training of new associates and legal assistants on procedures and processes.  She also worked on special projects relating to marketing.

Merri began working in the legal field when she was 14 years old in Salem, Oregon.

Outside the firm Merri enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys baking, reading, traveling, and skiing.
