As Hurley Re's firm administrator, Michele is involved in various aspects of the firm’s operations. This includes financial, human resources and IT to name but a few. Colleagues describe her as “smart,” “disciplined” and “tireless.”

With a focus on continuing education, Michele has participated in law firm management, accounting, human resources, paralegal, and legal secretary seminars. Michele led the chapters on “Computers" and "Accounting" for the Career Legal Secretary course presented by the Central Oregon Chapter of the National Association of Legal Professionals (NALS). She is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) and received her associate degree from Central Oregon Community College. She is a Central Oregon native and attended high school in Madras.
